Shipping Policy
At BKRS, shipping options vary depending on the type of product:
- Custom-made products: The delivery time for custom-made products is on average 4 to 6 weeks. The exact delivery time is always determined in consultation with the customer, depending on the size and complexity of the product.
- Standard products: If in stock, standard products are often shipped the next business day. If this deviates, this will always be communicated to the customer.
Return policy
BKRS does not have a return policy for both custom-made products and standard products. Since our products are manufactured specifically for each customer or carefully selected, returns are not possible.
