Single girder overhead cranes use two crane runways along the length of the lifting area. The crane runs over these crane tracks. The hoist hangs on the flanges under the beam. A single girder overhead crane is used for operating loads up to 16 tons and spans up to 30 meters. The single girder travelling cranes offer an optimal price-quality ratio because it has the lightest construction form, so it is beneficial for the building and the foundations, making it the most cost-effective. The single girder overhead crane is an ideal entry-level model, especially due to its lower cost. In addition, the cranes can be supplied with different types of beams, which are welded to size, making customization possible for your industrial hall. Furthermore, the crane can be integrated into existing halls as well as in new halls.
As standard, the control is via a hanging pressure box next to the crane, but this can be equipped with a radio remote control, depending on your wishes. At BKRS, all single girder travelling cranes are designed, manufactured and assembled entirely in-house. This offers convenience for your company, because you only have to maintain contact with one party for the entire process. In addition, most of our crane systems are modular, which allows us to adapt the crane perfectly to your specific needs.
