Custom double girder overhead cranes for Bosch Beton
BKRS Crane Systems has delivered a tailor-made solution for Bosch Beton in Barneveld, fully tailored to their specific requirements. Bosch Beton, known in the production of silage clamps, needed a crane system to move heavy loads, such as concrete wickerwork, efficiently and safely in their spacious warehouse. BKRS supplied two unique double-girder overhead cranes with an impressive span of 49.4 metres.
Technical specifications of the crane systems
BKRS’ double girder overhead cranes have a span of 49.4 metres, which is ideal for bridging large working surfaces. On top of these cranes there are two additional cranes with a span of 18 meters and an operating load of 2 x 4 tonnes each. This system, specifically designed for wickerwork, functions over a track length of 180 meters. Thanks to these crane systems, Bosch Beton can move the heavy concrete elements with precision and efficiency and maximize their production capacity.
