Voestalpine, a prominent player in the automotive industry, was looking for a specialist in crane systems for the safe movement of heavy molds up to 50 tons. BKRS Crane Systems came into the picture as the ideal partner and has developed and installed three complex overhead cranes to meet these specific needs. This project illustrates the expertise and tailor-made solutions that BKRS offers in the crane industry.
The challenge for Voestalpine was to carefully and safely move heavy moulds, which are essential for the production of high-quality A-class parts for bodywork cladding. With more than 1,050 employees and an area of more than 165,000 m² in Bunschoten, Utrecht, it is crucial that the production processes run efficiently and safely. That is why Voestalpine was looking for complex overhead cranes that can not only lift the loads, but are also equipped with advanced technologies for optimal safety and ease of use.
