At BKRS, we recently successfully completed a project. For this project, we supplied and installed two high-quality crane systems for our customer Ceva Logistics. These systems are designed and implemented with a focus on safety, efficiency and ease of use.
Delivery and Assembly of Column Jib Crane and Mobile Gantry Crane
Column jib crane
The column jib crane, with a 3-metre arm and a lifting capacity of 1,000 kg, is extremely suitable for precision work within a fixed workspace. This crane offers maximum flexibility and is ideal for moving light to medium loads. The swivel arm allows the user to work efficiently without restrictions in reach and maneuverability. The jib crane is supplied with adjustable boundary limiting, which limits the crane just in front of the wall and the roller door. Because of this swing limit, the crane will not swing against the wall and the roller door and therefore damage is prevented.
Mobile gantry crane
In addition to the column jib crane, we installed a mobile gantry crane with a span of 4 meters and a lifting capacity of 2,000 kg. The mobile gantry crane offers more flexibility because it is movable. This makes it particularly suitable for applications where the lifting point varies or where other workstations in the same room need to be operated on a regular basis. With simple operation, the mobile gantry crane can be used to move heavier loads within the production or warehouse process.
The result
The combination of these cranes offers our customer a versatile solution for a variety of lifting activities. The column jib crane and mobile gantry crane are both designed and built to the highest standards and meet all safety guidelines.
